2) Promotion Period

The promotion period is:

Start Date: 30/09/2024 at 09:00 AM AEST

End Date: 05/09/2024 at 11:59 PM AEST

3) Eligible Entrants

Participants must be over the age of 18 and Australian residents.

Entries are permitted only within the promotional period.

Exclusions: Employees of Bicheno Beer Co. and their families are excluded from entry.

Employees from Thirsty Camel Bicheno and Porters Liquor Kingsmeadow’s are excluded

from entry.

4) How to Enter

Entry is made by writing full name (first name and last name), phone number, email address

and mailing address on an eligible proof of purchase (receipt) and dropping it into the

competition box at approved retailers.

Entry must be legible.

Entries must be on the original proof of purchase (receipt) to prove an eligible purchase was

made.

Attempting to enter multiple times with the same purchase, or entering without making an

eligible purchase, will result in the disqualification of all entries associated with that

person(s).

5) Entries Permitted

Only one (1) entry is permitted per eligible purchase.

LIMIT: Limit 1 entry per transaction and 1 entry per person, per day.

An eligible purchase is defined as a single (1) transaction in a participating store within the

promotional period where a purchase including any Bicheno Beer Co. 4-PACK or more is purchased.

The participating stores are: Thirsty Camel Bicheno and Porters Liquor Kings Meadows.

6) Prizes

The prize is a Bicheno Beer Co. “Merch Pack” valued at $112 and includes one (1) black

Bicheno Beer Co. t-shirt, one (1) Lenny’s Lager t-shirt, one (1) Bicheno Beer Co. cap and

one (1) Bicheno Beer Co. stubby holder. Limited to sizes in stock at the time the prize is

drawn. Winner will be invited to supply their T-Shirt size upon notification of win. No

exchange if the size is incorrect. Not redeemable for cash.

7) Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be chosen by random draw on 06/11/2024.

The draw is to be conducted at Thirsty Camel Bicheno at 12pm AEST

Name and location of the winner will be published at www.bichenobeer.com.au and Bicheno

Beer Co. social media channels on 06/11/2024.

Winners will be contacted via the contact details provided on the entry.

Bicheno Beer Co. will make reasonable efforts to contact the prize winner however if the

prize is not claimed within 10 days after the draw then the winner forfeits the prize and the

prize will be redrawn.

8) Liability and Privacy

Names, contact details and other information gathered as part of the competition will all be

deleted within 90 days after all prizes are redeemed.

Bicheno Beer Co. is not liable for any injury or damage to person, property or reputation that

may arise from claiming these prizes. Prize does not include any costs that may be incurred

as a result of claiming the prize.

Prize includes free postage within Tasmania. Winning persons from outside Tasmania will

be liable for postage costs.
